Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Cooperative Agreement between the City of San José and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority to expand the scope of services to include the construction of the Odette Morrow Spur Trail extension as part of the US 101/Blossom Hill Road Interchange Improvement Project and for the City to contribute the amount of $55,000.
