Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to the agreement for animal services between the City of Milpitas and the City of San José Animal Care and Services Division to extend the 2018 animal care services agreement from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with compensation of $510,000 for FY 2022-2023.
