Amendment to the Master Agreement for Placement Services with FUSE Corps.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the following amendments to the Master Agreement for Placement Services between the City of San José and FUSE Corps to:
(a) Extend the term of the Agreement for two years from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024, with the ability to exercise additional one-year options to extend the term as long as the contract not-to-exceed amount has not been spent, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(b) Increase the annual program fee per FUSE Fellow from $150,000 to $180,000.
