Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the First Amendment to the Master Agreement with Moore, Iacofano, Goltsman Inc. for the All-Inclusive Playground at Almaden Lake Park (Master Agreement No. 663484) to increase the maximum total compensation by $500,000 from $750,000 to $1,250,000 and extend the agreement from April 30, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
