(a) Hold a public hearing on the Great Oaks Water Company application for renewal of a potable water franchise per San José Municipal Code Section 15.40.720.
(b) Approve an uncodified ordinance, to extend the term of the Great Oaks Water Company nonexclusive franchise until July 1, 2032, with no change in any other terms and conditions of the franchise.
(c) Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Great Oaks Water Company regarding shared commitment to explore future pilot project partnerships with the City.
