Adopt a resolution approving the General Plan Text and Diagram Amendments associated with the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Four-Year Review.

CEQA: Addendum to the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program EIR and Supplemental EIR to the Envision San José General Plan Final Program EIR and addenda thereto (City Council Resolution No. 80300). Planning Director recommends approval of staff recommendation. Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning staff recommendation with the changes recommended by the Four-Year Review Task Force in those instances where they differ from the Planning staff’s recommendations.
