Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an Amendment to the Vendor Agreement with Standard Insurance Company to provide long-term disability insurance to employees, extending the term of the Agreement from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2025, and increasing the not to exceed Agreement amount from $10,689,928 to a revised not to exceed amount of $21,141,181, subject to the appropriation of funds.
