(a) Adopt a resolution adopting the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility Outfall Bridge and Instrumentation Improvements Project Mitigated Negative Declaration for which an Initial Study was prepared, and a related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, all in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
(b) Report on the bids and award a construction contract for the 7745 - Outfall Channel and Instrumentation Improvements Project to the low bidder, Anvil Builders Inc., for base bid and Add Alternate No. 1, in the amount of $4,297,570 and approve a 15 percent construction contingency in the amount of $644,636.
