Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an Amendment to the Vendor Agreement with Managed Health Network for employee assistance programs and critical incident stress management benefits and MHN Services, LLC for substance abuse treatment, extending the term of the Agreement from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2022, and increasing the not to exceed Agreement amount from $2,346,114 to a revised not to exceed amount of $3,006,639, subject to the appropriation of funds.
