Approval of the Listed District 2 Events as City Council Sponsored Special Events to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Events.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on August 18, 2021:
(a) Approve the Great Oaks Movie Night scheduled on August 30, 2021 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds;
(b) Approve Coffee with the Chief scheduled on September 18, 2021 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds;
(c) Approve the expenditure of District 2 office budget funds to purchase gift cards and other prizes not to exceed $50 for a free raffle; and
(d) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
