Approval of Viva Parks Community Events as Citywide Sponsored Special Events to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Events.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on June 2, 2021:
(a) Retroactively approve Viva Parks Community Events scheduled in June as Citywide Special Events and approve the expenditure of funds.
(b) Approve Viva Parks Community Events scheduled in June through August as Citywide Special Events and approve the expenditure of funds.
(c) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
