(a) Accept the status report on the workplan and implementation updates for projects included in the approved 2018 Measure T Bond measure.
(b) Approve the proposed community center/emergency shelter priority list as stated in Table 9 and approve the workplan related to the clean water projects as proposed in Table 3 of the staff memorandum.
