Adopt a resolution ordering the reorganization of territory designated as Parker No. 28 which involves the annexation to the City of San José of approximately 1.36 gross acres of land located on the northeast corner of Woodard Road and Calico Avenue (15415 Woodard Road) and adjacent streets including 120 feet of Calico Avenue at project frontage and 661.3 feet of Woodard Road to the east of Calvin Avenue, and the detachment of the same from the appropriate special districts including Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District, West Valley Sanitation District, Santa Clara County Lighting Service Area, and Santa Clara County Library Services.

CEQA: Determination of consistent with Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program EIR (Resolution No. 76041) and Supplemental EIR to the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program EIR (Resolution No. 77617) and Addenda thereto.
