(a) Approve award of a construction contract for the 2021 Major Streets Resurfacing Project, to the low bidder, MCK Services, Inc. in the amount of $8,223,307 and approve an approximate 15% contingency in the amount of $1,233,496.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute a Cost Sharing Agreement with the City of Milpitas for pavement maintenance improvements on Landess Avenue between Highway 680 and Piedmont Road as part of the 2021 Major Streets Resurfacing Project in an amount not to exceed $1,097,275.
