Approve an ordinance amending Section 8.04.010 of Chapter 8.04 of Title 8 of the San José Municipal Code to expand the duties and responsibilities of the Independent Police Auditor (IPA) and allow the IPA and IPA staff to ask direct questions of a subject or witness during Police Department administrative interviews through June 30, 2022.
