Actions Related to the 9005 - Mineta San José International Airport Airfield Electrical Rehabilitation Phase 2 Re-Bid Project.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to:
(a) Award and execute the 9005 - Mineta San Joseì International Airport - Airfield Electrical Rehabilitation Phase 2 RE-BID Project to the low bidder, St. Francis Electric, LLC, in the amount of $4,791,651.75, contingent upon the award and execution of an Airport Improvement Program grant from the Federal Aviation Administration; and
(b) Establish a construction contingency of 10% in the amount of $479,165.
