(a) Approve an ordinance amending Title 11 of the San José Municipal Code to establish a new chapter for a one-way vehicle sharing program for vehicle sharing operators to secure special parking privileges in the public right-of-way.
(b) Adopt a resolution amending the Master Parking Rate Schedule to expand the definition of car sharing to include other types of vehicle sharing and modify the terms and fees for the permit associated with the use of designated parking spaces.
