Amendment to the Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for Body Worn Camera and Evidence Management System.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Negotiate and execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. (Scottsdale, Arizona) for a Body Worn Camera and Evidence Management System to extend the agreement for a five-year option term through June 30, 2026 and increase compensation by $6,302,172 for a maximum compensation of $11,574,736, subject to the annual appropriation of funds; and
(b) Negotiate and execute amendments and change orders as required for additional body worn cameras and related services at the same unit pricing and consistent with the material terms and conditions of the original agreement, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
