Actions Related to Agreements for Landscape Management and Maintenance Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Negotiate and execute the First Amendment to the Agreement for Landscape Management and Maintenance Services for General Fund and Special District Landscape Areas with Bayscape Management Inc. (San José, CA) to extend services for up to two additional one-year option terms for a total of seven options through June 3, 2023 under the same material terms and conditions for a maximum compensation not to exceed $690,000 for the option term ending June 3, 2022, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Negotiate and execute purchase orders with Brightview Landscape Services (Pasadena, CA), Jensen Landscape, Inc. (San José, CA), and Bayscape Management (San José, CA) to extend services for up to two additional one-year option terms for a total of seven options through December 2, 2023 under the same material terms and conditions for a total combined compensation not to exceed $1,975,000 for the option term ending December 2, 2022, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(c) Negotiate and execute purchase orders with Commercial Tree Care (San José, CA) to extend services for up to two additional one-year option terms for a total of seven options through February 28, 2023 under the same material terms and conditions for a total compensation not to exceed $1,568,600 for the option term ending February 28, 2022, subject to the appropriation of funds.
