(a) Adopt a resolution adopting the North San Pedro and Bassett Street Parks Master Plan Addendum to the Downtown Strategy 2040 Environmental Impact Report in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
(b) Approve the Master Plan that guides development of two neighborhood parks in downtown San José, at North San Pedro Street and Bassett Street.
