Actions Related to the Purchase Orders for SAP Center Exterior Stainless Steel Cleaning Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute purchase orders with TheWindowWasher.com (Pleasanton, CA) and with CRE Group (Campbell, CA) for SAP Center exterior stainless steel cleaning services for an initial twelve-month period starting on or about March 10, 2021 and ending on or about March 9, 2022, for an amount not-to exceed $160,000; and
(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the initial term of the purchase orders with the last option year ending on or about March 9, 2026, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
