Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Attorney to negotiate and execute a Fourth Amendment to the agreement with Richards, Watson & Gershon for legal services related to complex real estate development and planning, extending the term retroactively from December 3, 2020 through December 31, 2021 and increasing the maximum amount of compensation by $100,000 for a total amount not to exceed $420,000.
