Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Consultant Services between the City of San José and Raimi + Associates, Inc. to extend the term through December 31, 2021 and increase maximum compensation by $200,000 for a total compensation of $475,000 for Diridon Station Area community engagement and public outreach services.
