Approve master agreements with the following firms for Citywide storm and sanitary sewer flow monitoring services:
(a) ADS Corp. from the date of execution to December 31, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000; and
(b) V&A Consulting Engineers from the date of execution to December 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $500,000.
