Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Housing to negotiate and execute a no cost extension to the following agreement:
Third Amendment to the grant agreement with Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence, dated January 1, 2020 and extending to June 30, 2021, without increasing compensation to continue to provide housing assistance and supportive services to low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS who are homeless as a result of domestic violence.
