(a) Adopt a resolution adopting the Newbury Park Master Plan Project Addendum to the King and Dobbin Transit Village Final Environmental Impact Report and US 101-Oakland/Mabury Transportation Development Policy Environmental Impact Report (Resolution Nos. 74195.1 and 74196) (File No. PP19-055) all in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
(b) Approve the Newbury Park Master Plan regarding one acre of City of San José property, Assessor Parcel Number 254-04-107.
