...Recommendations

(1)  Adopt a resolution designating “The Filice House” located at 1651 Hanchett Avenue as a City Landmark of special historic, architectural, aesthetic or engineering interest, or value of a historic nature; and

(2)  Adopt a resolution approving the Historical Property Contract (California Mills Act Contract) between the City of San José and property owners, Justin Buzzard and Taylor Buzzard, for “The Filice House” located at 1651 Hanchett Avenue (APN: 274-15-060), on a 0.15-gross acre site.

CEQA: Categorically Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15331, Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation. Council District 6.  (Planning, Building, Code Enforcement)
