Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute an Amendment to the Agreement for Airport Bus Service with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, modifying the current bus route and changing the line designation from Route 10 to Route 60, and the no fare portion of the agreement in an amount not to exceed $790,130 per year subject to adjustments for compensation and appropriation of funds as set forth in the Agreement.
