Adopt a resolution:
(a) Approving applications for County of Santa Clara Historic Grant for the Alviso Historic Survey and the East Santa Clara/Alum Rock Historic Survey Projects; and
(b) Authorizing the City Manager to sign and submit the Grant Applications to the County of Santa Clara and sign the Grant Agreements and administer the Projects on behalf of the City.
