Vacation of Setback Easements Within Tract No. 5027.
...Recommendations
(a) Adopt a resolution of intention to vacate the 25-foot, 20-foot, 15-foot, 10-foot, and 7.5-foot light and air easements located within Tract No. 5027.
(b) Set a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., for consideration of the vacation.
(c) Direct the City Clerk to file the vacation map and advertise said public hearing.
