...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a) Execute a Purchase Order with The BGR Group, LLC (Santa Clara, CA) for Fire and Life Safety Systems, Inspections, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair Services at the Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about September 1, 2019 and ending on or about August 31, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $305,000; and

(b) Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the agreement through August 31, 2024, subject to the appropriation of funds.

CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
