(a) Approve an agreement with Hanson Bridgett LLP to provide legal and investigative services as the Evaluator and Investigator to the San José Board of Fair Campaign and Political Practices for four-year term beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023 in the amount not to exceed $250,000, subject to appropriation of funds.
(b) Adopt a resolution amending the regulation and procedures of the San José Board of Fair Campaign and Political Practices, to correct a clerical error and make a technical change to the protocol for procuring the Evaluator for the San José Board of Fair Campaign and Political Practices.
