1. Approve travel and related travel expenses to Nashville, Tennessee and request excused absence for the following Councilmembers from the following meetings due to Authorized City Business: SVO Annual Study Mission

(b) Vice Mayor Jones (Source of Funds: Mayor/Council Travel Budget; Dates: September 3-6, 2019; Missed Meetings: September 4, 2019 Rules and Open Government Committee)
(c) Councilmember Peralez (Source of Funds: District 3 Office Budget; Dates: September 3-6, 2019; Missed Meetings: None)
(d) Councilmember Diep (Source of Funds: District 4 Office Budget; Dates: September 3-6, 2019; Missed Meetings: September 5, 2019 Smart Cities & Service Improvements Committee & September 5, 2019 VTA Board)
