Adopt a resolution:
(a) Approving a proposed overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation race-neutral goal of 4.1% for Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program grant funded Airport development projects at the Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport (Airport) for Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2022;
(b) Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit the three-year Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation plan to the Federal Aviation Administration, which is due by August 1, 2019;
(c) Authorizing the City Manager to make revisions as requested by the Federal Aviation Administration.
