Adopt a resolution:
(a) Approving the Willow Glen Community Benefit and Improvement District Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 as filed or modified by Council;
(b) Confirming the individual assessments as proposed, or modified by Council; and
(c) Directing the Director of Public Works to deliver the assessment roll to the County for collection with the property taxes.
