Approval of the Evergreen Village Square Summertime Evening Events and Movie Nights as a City Council Sponsored Special Event to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on May 22, 2019:
(a) Approve the Evergreen Village Square event series, ranging from June to September of 2019, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
