(a) Authorize travel, accept travel payments to the City of San José, and designate Mayor's staff, Shireen Santosham, as the City representative to attend the Knight Foundation Public Space Forum and the Harvard Young American Leaders Program in Philadelphia, PA from June 21, 2019 and June 25- June 28, 2019. (b) Authorize travel, accept travel payments to the City of San José, and designate Mayor’s staff, Khanh Russo, as the City representative to attend the Summit on Citizen Engagement in Bologna, Italy from June 29, 2019 to July 3, 2019. Source of Funds: Cities of Service.
