Adopt a resolution approving the Downtown Business Improvement District budget report for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, as filed or modified by Council, to levy the Downtown Business Improvement District assessments for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, and to suspend collection of the Downtown Business Improvement District assessments for the businesses that qualify for the business tax financial hardship exemptions under the City’s general business tax ordinance.
