Actions Related to the Vacation of Setback Easements Within Tract No. 1010.

(a) Adopt a resolution of intention to vacate the 25-foot, 12.5-foot and 10-foot light and air easements located within Tract No. 1010.
(b) Set a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., for consideration of the vacation.
(c) Direct the City Clerk to file the vacation map and advertise said public hearing.
