Approve the Fifth Amendment to the Host International Inc. Food and Beverage Concession Agreement to extend the term of the agreement for two years, from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028, modify the Street Pricing Policy from 10% to 13% above street pricing, add a new concession into the Terminal B Interim Facility, refresh the Terminal B food court, reduce the Joint Marketing Fund Fee from .50% to .25% of gross revenues, and modify the use of the Joint Marketing Fund to include customer service initiatives.
