As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on February 6, 2019:
(a) Approve the 12th Annual Senior Winter Walk and Resource Fair scheduled on Friday, February 22, 2019 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds;
(b) Approve the purchase of various items and gift cards, under $50 each, for the prize drawing; and
(c) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
