Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Community Energy or her designee to execute the Scheduling Coordinator Agreement and the Meter Service Agreement with the California Independent System Operator allowing San José Clean Energy to operate as a Scheduling Coordinator and to execute any other necessary agreements with the California Independent System Operator to perform its obligations as a Scheduling Coordinator.
