Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a grant agreement with County of Santa Clara for the All-Inclusive Playground Program Grant for an amount of $1,671,250 for the following projects:
(a) Almaden Lake Park for $671,250; and
(b) Rotary Playgarden for $1,000,000.
