(a) Consider the Determination of Consistency with the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 76041), the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No.77617), and Addenda thereto.
(b) Adopt a resolution modifying the Envision San José 2040 General Plan, including revisions to the Industrial Park land use designation to allow additional flexibility for commercial service uses within the Edenvale Development Policy area, clarifications related to design guidelines for Urban Villages, revisions to Policy IP-5.12 to update the parameters for qualifying affordable housing projects, updates to Appendix 5, and other minor grammatical and clarifying revisions.
