Update the August - December 2018 Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support Committee Work Plan. (Finance)

Amend the August - December 2018 the Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support Committee work plan to drop the following items from the November 15, 2018 agenda and report directly to the City Council on December 11, 2018:
1. 2018 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. (Finance)
Purpose: To provide the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the City of San José for Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2018.
2. 2018 External Auditor’s Reports. (Finance)
Purpose: To provide the Single Audit Report for the Basic Financial Statements with Federal and Airport Compliance Sections for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2018, and the External Auditor’s Report to Management addressed to the Public Safety, Finance, and Strategic Support Committee for Fiscal Year Ended June 2018.
3. 2018 Comprehensive Annual Debt Report. (Finance)
Purpose: To provide the Comprehensive Annual Debt Report (CADR) for the City of San José for Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2018.
