(a) Adopt a resolution adopting the 945 Lincoln Avenue Redevelopment Project Mitigated Negative Declaration, for which an Initial Study was prepared, and adopting a related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, all in accordance to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
(b) Consideration of an ordinance of the City of San José rezoning a 1.1-gross acre site located at 945 Lincoln Avenue from the CN Commercial Neighborhood Zoning District to the CIC Combined Industrial/Commercial Zoning District. (Croatian Franciscan Fathers, Owner).
