Actions Related to the Purchase Order for Interior/Exterior Building Air Quality Testing Services.

...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a)                     Execute a Purchase Order with ATC Group Services, LLC (Portland, OR) for interior/exterior building air quality testing services for the Department of Public Works for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about October 1, 2018 and ending on or about September 30, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $100,000, subject to the appropriation of funds; and

(b)                     Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the Purchase Order with the last option year ending on or about September 30, 2023, subject to the appropriation of funds.

CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
