(a) Conduct a Public Hearing on the application of Bay Area Recycling and Dumpster Services for a Non-Exclusive Franchise for the collection, transport, and disposal of residential clean-out material and construction and demolition debris.
(b) Approve an ordinance granting the franchise.
(c) Approve the Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreement for the collection, transport, and disposal of residential clean-out material and construction and demolition debris for a term from October 18, 2018 through June 30, 2019 with the option of two one-year extensions.
