(a) Adopt a resolution of intention to vacate the 25-foot and 12.5-foot light and air easements (setback easements) located within Tract No. 65.
(b) Set a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 1:30 p.m., for consideration of the vacation.
(c) Direct the City Clerk to file the vacation map and advertise said public hearing.
