Adopt a resolution:
(a) Authorizing the City Manager to submit, negotiate and execute a grant agreement with Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority in the amount of $30,000 for the Guadalupe Oak Grove Park Outdoor Classroom Project; and
(b) Supersede Resolution 78465, which was adopted by City Council on December 19, 2017.
